Simon Reitmaier: New release "AnElysion" on CD

Simon Reitmaier, clarinet lecturer at the Friedrich Gulda School of Music, is featured on the new CD "Creation and Exodus".

"AnElysion", composed by Franz Baur, is the title on which Simon Reitmaier participated on the clarinet. The word construction of the title results from "anElysion", "to paradise", but at the same time also the negation of this "Elysion" - thus on the one hand referring to the achievements created by human hands, but at the same time also describing the enormous destructive power that accompanies it. Further titles of the CD are "creatio continua", "Falling Skies" and many more.
