„Music in The Woods“ 2025: Jetzt für eines von 30 Vollstipendien bewerben!

The funding initiative by AKM, JAM MUSIC LAB Private University, and the Austrian Event Association for emerging talents in film music, game music, and singer-songwriter genres enters its second round.

After a successful debut in 2024, Music in The Woods will return in late summer 2025 – expanded, extended, and with even greater creative impact. From September 17 to 21, 2025, the Bühnenwirtshaus Juster in theWaldviertel region of Lower Austria will once again become a creative hub for ambitious musicians in the field of media music.

30 Full Scholarships to Support Young Talents

In 2025, 30 full scholarships will once again be awarded. These cover the entire workshop fees, accommodation in double rooms, and full board. Additionally, a shuttle service from Vienna’s Westbahnhof will be organized to ensure convenient travel to the creative heart of the Waldviertel.

The proven concept remains unchanged – an intensive mix of hands-on workshops, individual project work, and personal exchange with renowned national and international experts in media music – but in 2025 it will be extended by an additional day.
