Vienna City Sound Challenge 2025/26-Win a music video recording

The Vienna City Sound Challenge invites emerging bands to turn their music into a professional audio and video production. Win a recording session at the Vienna City Sound Studio, including a high-quality video, and showcase your sound at a professional level.

The challenge is open to bands with students from JAM MUSIC LAB Private University or the Friedrich Gulda School of Music – all genres are welcome.

Application Details

• Bands of up to 6 musicians
• Submission of a performance video (rehearsal or live – smartphone quality is sufficient)
• Upload the video to YouTube
• Submit the YouTube link
• Evaluation based on musical quality and originality
• Requirement: At least one band member must be enrolled at Gulda or at JAM MUSIC LAB Private University
