Ricarda Pfaffenbichler attended the Erasmus+ program in Galway, Ireland

Ricarda Pfaffenbichler, a team member of Student Services and contact person for scholarships and student life, attended the Erasmus+ staff training week at the Atlantic Language School in Galway, Ireland. The main focus of the training was to improve professional English and explore its various applications in daily business. Since we aim to enhance our service for international students, this also involves improving individual English skills. Throughout the week, different topics were covered, such as email correspondence, presentation skills, and conversation skills. The requirement to constantly speak, write, and present in English throughout the week significantly enhanced each individual's language capabilities. The setting in Galway, a very student-friendly city, and the international group of participants made it an inspiring and beautiful week. All of this was accompanied by a lot of “craic”.
